Dear CW Dream Team,

In June, it was with great anticipation, optimism and positivity that we reopened our doors. Since closing in March, the world as we know it had completely changed. I watched our tight-knit crew come together. The support, positivity, and genuine affection that everyone displayed was heartwarming. Our guests could feel it. Trilogy’s work behind the scenes to create a safe and healthy guest experience paid off.

During my time away, there was amazing leadership in place. Aimee did (and continues to do) a fantastic job of supporting our team, maintaining standards, and taking care of our guests and members. All of our leads: Linda, John, Nicole, and Marina were of great support to the team, as well. Assistant Spa Director, Gabi, came from New York to support the operation. Then, our Regional Vice-President, Jennifer Kirby, spent a month onsite. She was instrumental in making some changes to our processes. I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to all that were here to provide support.

It is wonderful to be back with the team. It is together that we make greatness happen every day. Thank you!

Aimee Morrill – Spa Manager

Aimee did a tremendous job of grasping CW’s operation by the horns. In Mark’s absence, she led the team through with fantastic leadership. She took on many responsibilities with aplomb. Aimee is always anticipating the needs of our guests internal and external. She has earned the respect and admiration of her team.

Drinking plenty of fluids to maintain and replenish water levels is vital for muscle function, joint and brain protection, immune health, digestion, and your mood.
