Team Updates:

Jennifer Kirby, Guerlain Spa, Spa Director

Jennifer is a seasoned professional with 15 years’ experience in luxury spa and salons, the last 6 of which were spent with Frederic Fekkai as a Regional Manager. She has spent more than a decade in the spa and salon industry as a Director, Manager and Licensed esthetician, in the luxury market. Opening and traveling the country to spas and salons including La Prairie at the Ritz Carlton NY, Setai South Beach, FL, Beverly Hilton, BH, Frederic Fekkai NY and Greenwich Salons. Jennifer incorporated the best of her education in finance and her experience in spa and salons to be a leader in the beauty industry. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, art, is a self professed shopaholic and long walks with her dog, a Shiba Inu named Shakira.

Samara Gonzalez, Well & Being Spa El San Juan, Spa Director

Samara comes to us with 20+year track record revitalizing and managing multi-site business units.  She has a proven career of producing multi-million dollar profits through pinpointing operational inefficiencies, designing new sales and merchandising strategies, and incentivizing staff.  Prior to joining Trilogy Samara amassed broad experience as district manager executive for major retail companies such as Mark Ecko Enterprises, Pacific Sunwear, Claire’s Accessories, and Victoria Secret.  Samara has also served as a Marketing Director of USA & Canada Sunset World Hotel & Resorts in Cancun, Mexico.

Dagmarie Sánchez, Well & Being Spa El San Juan, Spa and Fitness Operations Manager

Dagmarie Sánchez is the Spa and Fitness Operations Manager for Triology Spa Holdings at The El San Juan Hotel in Puerto Rico. Dagmarie is a Spa professional with more than 17 years of hospitality experience, 14 years of those dedicated to Spa Operations. Dagmarie has spa business management experience and accomplished diverse functions including relationship building, business development, promotional planning, and customer service among others. Also, has implemented creative innovative strategies to increase sales and have earned multiple Top Seller awards for exceeding product and service sales quotes.Dagmarie started her career at the Ritz-Carlton San Juan Spa in 1999-2014 where she held various positions. Also, worked at Summer Bay by Exploria as a Sales Agent and most recently worked at The Condado Vanderbilt Spa as a Spa Team Lead.Dagmarie’s career history is built on well-developed interpersonal, communication, and project management abilities as well as driven and resourceful professional.
Megan Linney, Red Rock Spa by Well & Being, Spa Director

We are very excited to announce that Megan Linney will be joining our Trilogyfamily once again as Spa Director at the Red Rock Spa!  Please join me in extending a very warm welcome back!  Megan will be starting with the team next Monday, 1/9. We also wanted to provide a bit about Megan’s background for those of you who have not had the pleasure of meeting Megan yet.  Over the past 20 years, Megan has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in the health and wellness industry. As a dual licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician, Manager, Educator, Coach, Trainer, Business Consultant and Spa Executive, Megan has been a member of many esteemed and high profile spa and salon teams. She has worked in every capacity of beauty and wellness from performing and developing spa services to overseeing multiple locations across the country and all tasks in between. Traveling around the world and working on both coasts have exposed her to many different cultures and beauty rituals. Working for companies such as Joie de Vivre Hotels, Bliss World, Maack Management, Paul Mitchell Schools, IHG and Trilogy Spa Holdings.  Most recently she was the driving force behind a new massage brand in Los Angeles, The Now.  In every role, being part of a team with exceptional skills and passion for taking care of people is what drives her. Emily Heim, Promoted to Assistant Spa Director at Red Rock Spa by Well & Being

Emily has been practicing the healing arts since 1993.  She is a Licensed Massage Therapist; a Certified Nutrition Coach; and  Reiki Master.  Emily has been with the Spa at Red Rock since it’s opening and is passionate about bringing Well & Being to all who desire to achieve a better quality of life.

Some of the categories of issues they can help with are:

If you are having an issue with your HOA, have child custody, divorce questions or bankruptcy questions, need elder care or child care resources, have a child with drug issues or are going through a stressful time and would appreciate some face to face counseling, the EAP can help.

Unless you are calling for help with a medical question, please ask for  a ‘Resource Consultant’ when your call is answered.

The Resource Consultant will find an attorney, accountant or counselor in your geographical area and have them contact you.

EMPLOYEES OF THE QUARTER

Cynde Montilla, Guerlain Spa

Cynde has taken ownership of the Massage department. She goes over and beyond, helping with set up of the Guerlain spa and continues to be a great support with the team and Management.
She is an asset to the Guerlain spa.

Isabel Hernandez, Red Rock Spa

Isabel Hernandez came to Red Rock Spa from another outlet on the property three years ago.  She was instantly a success in her role as Receptionist.  Isabel has a way of welcoming the guests in a truly genuine manner while still being able to hustle to stay on top of all things that are tossed on top of the front desk of the spa.

She is authentic yet ambitious, which has made her a favorite among the entire team.  She disarms all with her charm and humor.  With all of these great qualities and a strong desire to do more and learn, she has recently earned a promotion to Groups Coordinator.  She wrangles the Spa’rty groups as well as the conventioners here at Red Rock Spa by Well & Being in Las Vegas.  We couldn’t be happier with her dedication to growth.  We are proud that she is such an important part of our team.

Lindsay Gillman, Green Valley Ranch Spa

Lindsay Gillman, female spa attendant, has grown and blossomed in this position.  Lindsay consistently provides excellent guest service with both the external, and internal, guests.  Lindsay takes a huge amount of pride in the inventory control as well as training of new female attendants.  Lindsay is the opening female attendant for GVR and management know that the facility is under control when Lindsay is working.  Lindsay is reliable and consistent with her performance and is an absolute pleasure to work with.

 

Zaharenia Victoros, The Sisley Spa

Zaharenia has been a very devoted and energetic member of our team since February of 2016. She was recently promoted to the Lead Esthetician of the Sisley Spa and has thoroughly embraced her new role by mentoring her team of estheticians and speaking to editors regarding everything Sisley. She has continued to go above and beyond, not only for every guest that she has the opportunity to meet, but for every Team member. We are very thrilled she joined our Team and could not be happier to have her.

Sam Perez, Spa del Rey

Sam Perez came to us by way of Long Island, and has brought her East Coast hustle to Spa del Rey’s Front Desk in the best kind of way! Sam is an aesthetician and makeup artist outside of her role as Front Desk Concierge at the spa, and she uses her knowledge to connect with guests in an authentic way that generates killer retail sales. She uses her downtime to do her own research on the skincare lines we carry, and attends every product knowledge and retail training we offer—she is truly a skincare connoisseur! Her confidence is inspiring to the rest of team, and she handles any kind of guest related issue with composure and tact. Her proactiveness and communication with Management helps to maintain a smooth operation. Sam is a huge asset to our front of the house team and she is respected and adored not only by her Spa del Rey coworkers but also the Ladies and Gentlemen of the Ritz Carlton Marina del Rey she works side by side with.
