As an experienced recruiter, I help discover and nurture our organization’s newest talent – at both the corporate office and property level. I specialize in developing and implementing innovative, proactive, and responsive sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates throughout Trilogy’s spa destinations.

​​I am directly responsible for managing the recruitment process and life cycle by partnering with hotel executives and onsite spa management teams to understand, evaluate and clarify their current and future business and staffing needs.  Knowing my efforts impact the bottom line and further our organization’s impact on the spa and wellness industry is what keeps me motivated.
