Sisley Spa at The Dominick

AMBITION

The Dominick, located in New York City’s vibrant SoHo neighborhood, is the city’s only independent Five Diamond hotel. When hotel management decided to level up their spa experience, they turned to Trilogy. Taking over the space as a lease, Trilogy assumed full responsibility for spa P&L – enabling the Dominick team to focus on their unique brand of luxury hospitality with confidence knowing the wellness experience would meet those same expectations. 

Working with the hotel team, Trilogy identified guest desires and analyzed local market dynamics to ensure the Dominick’s revamped spa experience exceeds both guest and performance expectations. At the conclusion of this process, our team of wellness experts matched the Dominick’s urban luxury vibe by creating a modern concept based around Parisian beauty brand, Sisley. Offering a full spectrum of wellness experiences based on Sisley’s Phyto-Cosmetology expertise, an exclusive membership program, and seamless integration with the hotel’s fitness amenities, Sisley Spa at The Dominick has become the revenue-driving addition to the hotel management imagined.

OUTCOME

To say Sisley Spa at The Dominick has been a success would be an understatement. Since opening in early 2023, total spa revenue has increased 70% over the previous spa concept. In addition, the Sisley brand and experience were a contributing force in securing the Dominick’s first-ever Forbes 4-Star rating.
