Sisley Spa at The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey

AMBITION

Few names are as synonymous with luxury as Ritz-Carlton. And while every Ritz-Carlton is special, the Marina del Rey property holds a special distinction: it is the closest hotel to the water of any Ritz-Carlton location in the United States. When hotel management needed a partner to elevate their spa and wellness offering to match the experience Ritz-Carlton guests expect, the experts at Trilogy were there to help.

The Trilogy team undertook a full evaluation of Marina del Rey’s spa and wellness opportunity, including market analysis and a financial feasibility study. Determining a leased operational model best met the needs of Ritz-Carlton management, Trilogy assumed full financial responsibility for hotel’s spa and wellness program. 

After identifying French beauty brand Sisley as the ideal brand partner for the target audience, Trilogy’s architectural and design team reimagined the Ritz-Carlton space to create the perfect environment for Sisley’s phyto-cosmetology-based experiences.

OUTCOME

Following conversion to Sisley and under the guidance of Trilogy’s experienced management team operators, Sisley Spa at The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey, has been a consistent revenue driver for the hotel. With the Trilogy marketing engine driving consistent demand, revenue has increased 41% since Q1 2018.
